Hospitality Resource Network is a career-related site offering a list of tools
and services to aid hospitality industry professionals obtain the latest
employment information from potential employers (the "Employer"). The
information and services available on the site are provided for the sole
purpose of assisting individuals (Applicants) in finding employment and making
career decisions and to assist Employers in recruiting staff. You may use,
print and download information from the site for these purposes only and for no
other personal or commercial purpose. You may not otherwise copy, display,
transmit or distribute any material from the site. All copyright, database
rights and other intellectual property rights in the site and the material
available on the site belong to the Company or its third party suppliers. Use
of the site does not give you any proprietary rights in such materials.

PRIVATE INFORMATION
To access the career-related Information and tools we provide, you may be asked
to provide detailed personal information. You determine which information you
want to include and which of our services you want to use. If you do not want
to provide certain information, we ask you not to use the Site. As a an
Applicant you are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the
information they include in the Site's forms and questionnaires, and the
documents the Employer create that rely on that information. The information
you submit to the Site remains private. We compile statistics such as the
number of users visiting the site by time, position, salary range, number of
jobs advertised by position, salary range, area of the country, and we do not
share statistics on any individual job seekers.

Individuals seeking employment may use the Site only for lawful purposes and
employers seeking employees, or third parties approved to list and provide
career related services on the Site. You may not use the Site in a way that
adversely affects the availability of its resources to other users. You may not
delete or revise material posted by another person or entity. You may not use
the Site or any of its services for commercial purposes. Except as otherwise
expressly provided, you may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display,
perform, reproduce, use, publish, license, create derivative works from,

or to post any Information that contains a virus, a corrupted data or
copyrighted material, unless you are the copyright owner or have the permission
of the copyright owner to post it.

vulnerability of a system or network, breaching security or authentication

EMPLOYERS
As an Employer, you are responsible for entering information about your
companies/properties, and about your jobs. You agree to deal fairly and
professionally with individuals who may respond to an advertisement you have
posted and not do anything, which may bring the Company into disrepute. We do
not guarantee any response to your advertisement or that responses will be from
individuals suitable for the job advertised. It is your responsibility to carry
out such checks and procedures as are necessary to ensure that candidates are
suitable for the job advertised and have the required qualifications and
personal characteristics. You are responsible for updating, editing, and
maintaining this information and your postings on the Site. In order to fill
the vacancy you may request additional information from the Applicant but may
not oblige the Applicant to do so. You may retain a copy of Applicant's career
information in their own files or databases. You may not duplicate of jobs at
the expense of other clients' jobs. You may not use any keywords in job
descriptions with the intention of increasing the number of page views. Job
advertisements placed on the Site must be for genuine vacancies only, and not
for other products or services, either relating to or unrelated to recruitment
including, but not limited to, affiliate schemes, pyramid selling schemes or
any other so called 'business opportunity'. URLs or email links (live or text
only) are not permitted in the body copy of the job description page. You agree
that we may, at our discretion and without liability to you, remove from the
Site any advertisement, which is posted in breach of these terms and
conditions. The rules may change from time to time and you are advised to refer
to them regularly.

APPLICANTS
As an Applicant, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for
the form, content and accuracy of any resume placed by you on the Site. You may
only respond to employment opportunities and apply for a job advertised on the
Site for which you feel fully qualified. If you post your Information to the
Site, you may not post any false, inaccurate, or incomplete career information
or information, which is not your own accurate career information. You assume
the responsibility not to submit your career information to a job posted by
your current employer or that you have knowingly responded to your current
employer, and that you agree to hold the Company harmless in the event you do
submit your information to your employer. You must understand and agree to
accept the risk that you could be submitting to the Employer. You must agree to
hold the Company harmless for any actions a prospective employer may take that
adversely affects your career as a result of submitting your career information
to them or any subsequent communications with prospective employers, including,
but not limited to phone calls, e-mails, direct mail or overnight deliveries,
or requests for information. You may not misrepresent or falsely state your
affiliation with a person or entity or impersonate any person or entity.

security measures to gain access to the Applicant's résumé or career
information. Hyperlinks or other connections to other Web sites are for the
sole purpose of providing additional information to Employers and Applicants.
Third parties are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of their
information and maintaining current information about their services, products,
or information. If you are an employment agency or an employment business, it
is your responsibility to ensure that advertisements you place on the Site
comply with your obligations together with applicable guidelines.

The Company takes absolutely no responsibility for the activities of job
applicants or employers profiling or advertising on the Site. The Company does
not make any promises for any employers about hiring, recruiting or other
practices or, for that matter, any of the information that employers or others

the content of advertisements and expect Applicants and Employers to carry out
such verification procedures as are customary and prudent in the circumstances.
